Gannon has six social fraternities – Alpha Phi Delta, Delta Chi, Delta Sigma Phi, Pi Kappa Alpha, Tau Kappa Epsilon and Zeta Beta Tau – and five sororities – Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Sigma Alpha, Alpha Sigma Tau, Phi Sigma Sigma and Sigma Sigma Sigma.
All members of these organizations participate in a variety of events throughout the year, including the homecoming parade, service projects and Greek Week, a week full of competitions between the fraternities and sororities.
Social Greeks can also join the Intrafraternity and Panhellenic Councils, which supervise the activities of the various fraternities and sororities and pass judgment when rules are broken.
If you think you’re interested in going Greek, the brothers and sisters of Gannon’s social Greek organizations are here to help you decide.
For Tyler, joining a fraternity is one of the best decisions he’s made since graduating high school.
